Brunch & Bubbly: Mother’s Day @ Petunia’s!
Our flowers in the bakery reminded us today of our family May Day tradition. Every year 
when we were little, our mom would help weave paper baskets that we filled with flowers from our yard, and left on our neighbors’ doorsteps. Did any of you do this? With Mother’s Day just around the corner, we find ourselves filled with memories of our mom. She was the inspiration behind Petunia’s Pies & Pastries after all! To celebrate her memory, and mothers everywhere of all types, we would like to invite you to join us at the bakery this Mother’s Day, Sunday May 12th for our first Mother’s Day fête: Brunch & Bubbly!
To celebrate properly, we are having a pretty special contest! Please bring a photo and/or a note, story, memory or tribute to your mom. Whether it be your mother, grandparent, sibling, Aunt, friend, Dad or neighbor, we want to celebrate the mother figure in your life! We will be posting your tribute in our bakery for the day. Our favorite submission will receive a $25.00 Petunia’s gift certificate!
Of course, we will be having treats exclusively for Mother’s day that are as lovely as they are delicious!
