We have some pretty exciting news here. It’s been a long time coming, but we are so excited to share our brand NEW Savory menu with you! Our chefs have been working around the clock to perfect these new items, and we are proud to add the following to our menu, available now: 
 
HOUSE MADE GRANOLA 
Oats, cashew, pumpkin seed, coconut, dried cranberry, maple syrup & cinnamon, served w/ sliced banana, seasonal fruit & choice of milk 

VEGETABLE FRITTATA 
Seasonal vegetables, served w/green salad 

SEASONAL SALAD: Summer Bread Salad
Romaine, mixed greens, cucumber, radish, cherry tomato, cashew crème, house made croutons & basil vinaigrette

TERIYAKI BOWL 
Brown rice, ginger garlic marinated tempeh, mixed vegetables, scallion, sesame seed

SWEET POTATO BLACK BEAN BURGER 
House made BBQ sauce, avocado, romaine, tomato & onion served on a New Cascadia bun w/choice of chips

House made dough, marinara, cashew crème, brussels leaves, shitake mushroom, black olive, cashew parmesan
