We have years of experience, stellar customer service, lots of unique ideas for delicious custom flavors and beautiful decor to share with you! We are excited to get started!

Getting Started & Tasting Appointments

Please begin by filling out our Consultation Form. Once received, a specialist will get in touch with you within 72 hours to discuss your celebration and get the process started. We do offer one hour tastings, for a $35 fee. Tastings over one hour are subject to an additional $35 charge.This fee can be applied to your wedding order of $250 or more. We will create unique flavor combinations just for you! We will discuss your options, requests, and coordinate all the details with you. It’s easy, and fun! Tastings are not required. You can choose to forgo the tasting, as many clients do, who love Petunia’s Pies & Pastries® and know that our custom creations will be amazing! Please note, we typically need at least two weeks notice to arrange a tasting, as we book out quickly. 


We do offer delivery for a fee based on mileage. These fees typically range anywhere from $30-60 for deliveries within the greater Portland Metro area.  We can help with basic dessert setup if requested. At this time, we do not provide or rent out any display or serve ware. Please ask your specialist for specific details and costs.


We require a 50% down payment to book your wedding date with us. The remainder is due two weeks prior to the big day. The more notice the better for weddings! We ask for a couple of months notice, but we always try to accommodate last minute requests. We don’t want to see you stressed, this should be fun!
